Connect with nature and discover the Bayfront of historic St. Augustine on a kayaking trip. Admire the city from the water and get the chance to encounter a variety of marine species along the way.

This adventure begins at the Vilano Boat Ramp. After a short informative introduction, your guide will fit you with the necessary equipment and launch you off into a world of History.

You'll paddle by the Castillo de San Marcos/Old Fort, Fountain of Youth, the Nombre de Dios Mission, and the Great Cross. Explore some of the city's natural environments as you travel through some of St. Augustine's beautiful salt marshes.

Possible wildlife sightings include dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, stingrays, and all kinds of marsh birds, including the great blue heron and the roseate spoonbills. Your guide will intrigue you with the storytelling and knowledge necessary to explore the beautiful aquatic downtown landscape of St. Augustine.

We had an incredible time! The scenic beauty, variety of wildlife, and stunning historic sights were simply amazing. Mac was our friendly guide, and his vast knowledge of the ecology and history of the area was awesome!!!! He made us feel very welcome. We would do this again any day!
