This experience far exceeded my expectations. The church itself is beautiful with a rich history - definitely recommend the audio guide to hear all about it. But the climb up to the galleries is an absolute must! The outer Stone gallery gives exceptional views over London. Hot tip: in Winter, go late in the day and climb up in time to catch sunset - just magic. The stairs to the top most Golden gallery close at 4pm though so make sure you get that in and can then spend sunset back down on the Stone gallery.

We booked a guide tour and it was well worth it. The guide was knowledgable, enthusiastic and engaged the audience. Would reccommend. Unfortunately the Wispering Gallery was closed but there were many interesting spaces to explore. Loved the gift shop too. Cafe is pretty basic though, but there is not much space for it I assume.

Beautiful! Had a great time learning about its history and the architecture. Took us longer to explore than we thought since we went to the floor below and up the gallery (would really recommend, though the steps were steep, and narrow with short clearances).

Beautiful cathedral. The tour included an audio guide and access to the galleries. Definitely worth visiting, absolutely beautiful and so interesting.
