Full description

Depart from the pier at Tadoussac or Baie-Sainte-Catherine and head out on an observation boat in Quebec's Saguenay-St-Lawrence Marine Park Saguenay Fjord. As you look out at the marine life and geological formations, listen to commentary from your certified naturalist guide. As you sail along the waters of this marine reserve, keep your eyes peeled for whales of all kinds. The area is best known for its colony of belugas, but you can also sometimes spot blue whales, minke whales, and fin whales. Continue your adventure with a visit to the magnificent Saguenay Fjord. This inlet is 65 miles long and sometimes as wide as 2.5 miles. The fjord is also located in Saguenay Fjord National Park with some parts overlapping with the Saguenay-St-Lawrence Marine Park.
