Lovely tour with an interesting guide, although really only the last 3rd is Christmas lights and there are major landmarks missing that could have been covered given that, that weren't. Our biggest issue is that the address and location given for boarding aren't accurate. This lead to a good ten minutes of wandering around trying to find it with an increasingly stressed child in tow, and a bit of a mad dash to only just make it. The stop is located on the street behind the London Eye but back towards the Royal Festival Hall, rather than right towards Westmister and Waterloo. The stop is also not labelled or indicated in anyway that is readable at night, so be aware.

It was a good ride. Got to see all the amazing Christmas lights as well as other parts of the city, which was great for me as it helped me map out some routes to other attractions. However there was so much traffic on the day plus it rained so it made it a bit uncomfortable but still worth it.

atmosphere was formidable People were looking forward to it and we English very exuberant

Excellent commentary and a great experience. Would definitely recommend this to everyone

Loved the guide. We were lucky to get some extra ride due to diversion.
