What people are saying about The London Eye

Great tour well conducted by the ever informative Jamie

Great tour. Jamie was excellent. Quite a hike from the station to the bikes, but it was a lovely spring day. We booked some time ago, and our paperwork said Waterloo Station. If we had not left our paperwork behind and left it behind and persuaded a nice Londoner to call you on our behalf, we would have missed the tour entirely. Given that it was the second pick up point stuff up from Fat Tire out of two outings on our holiday (we did the Royal tour earlier) and given that you guys are woeful at answering your phone, it seems to be a serious and repetitive problem. Jamie made up for it though, he loves London and even seemed to enjoy his job! David and Lisa P.S. Please take the message about sending an email off the answering service, it causes dangerous spikes in customer blood pressure when he's standing where you told him to and you aren't there, and are not answering the telephone!

Exhilarating, fun and thoughtfully organized tour ~

We had a knowledgeable and personable guide who made sure everyone was OK in our whole group of cyclists (different levels of experience). The historical information he presented was captivating and well-selected. I loved riding through some incredible London sights -- the Tower Bridge and the Thames Bank were beautiful to cross on the bike. An exceptional tour. (p.s. I do think 30 mins for a lunch break is a bit short, but since I was the last to arrive from the break, this may be a very personal view :)

Great tour, good fun

The River Thames Bike Tour was great. We visited places we'd never been to before and our guide Joe did a great job. He's good fun and he really knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!
