What people are saying about The London Eye

Overall rating

based on 3,865 reviews

The timings were a lil off. I selected 2:45pm as my first activity at Madame Tussaud’s so that left me 2 and a half hours for the other 2 destinations. Which I missed 1 because that got closed at 5pm. The destinations are not all at the same place so it took us a bit of time to travel. So disappointed Getyourguide didn’t notify us. It just tells you to select the time for the first destination. Rest is all on you. Plan a whole day and start in the morning to get the most out of it.

Booking on Get Your Guide is the best option for tickets to any sight or tour. We had to change the number of tickets, one person couldn’t go, and it was so easy to do that without losing our time slot and received a refund (24 hrs cancel option). The London Eye itself was amazing, beautiful views. It’s a bit pricey but a good experience.

We had to be in a very loaded capsule although the cabin before us had only 3 passengers and the one after us about 9 passengers but we had to be with about 30 passengers in the cabin witch was so crowded and did have a nice chance to take good pictures big mistake from the organizers

Timing was perfect. We went for the 12 noon time slot during off-peak, got there 15 minutes early as suggested, and only waited about 5 minutes on line.

Tickets were delivered by email. Delay boarding the London Eye, but no other issues.
