After lunch, explore the grounds of the Villa D'Este and learn about the history and development of the villa, an enchanting site of the late Italian Renaissance. Once the home of Lucrezia Borgia's son, it is renowned for its spectacular gardens and trees, as well as its waterfalls and fountains. Stroll among the many decorative fountains, such as the Oval Fountain and Fountain of the Dragons in the lavish grounds. Return to your meeting point by bus at the end of your tour.

Departure from Como, in "Via Lungo Lario Trieste n28 " you will find a small pier. We will see the new Electric Life, the Voltiano Lighthouse with the Voltiano Temple. The war memorial of the First World War. Villa la Rotonda and Villa Olmo. We will then arrive in Cernobbio where we will be able to admire its centre, Villa Erba, Villa D'Este and Villa Pizzo. We will then meet the Borgo of Moltrasio with Villa Fontanelle (ex Versace) and then we will arrive at the Borgo of Laglio, made famous thanks to George Clooney with Villa Oleandra, a curious Pyramid and the Ernesto Riva shipyard, from here we pass to the opposite bank stopping at the Ravine of Nesso to admire the waterfall and have a nice swim*. (3h) Then we will continue towards Brienno, Argegno to get to admire the Isola Comacina of historical importance. Finally we could admire the wonderful Villa Balbianello (film set of Star Wars and 007 James Bond). *We continue arriving in Torno where we could see Villa Pliniana, Hotel Il Sereno and Villa Taverna. We reach Blevio with Villa Rocca Bruna (Hotel Mandarin Oriental), Villa Schouvaloff, Villa Usuelli, Cademartori and Villa Troubetzkoi. Thus returning to Como observing Villa Mirabella and finally Villa Geno and its Fountain thus arriving at the departure pier

From Duomo of Como, you will continue to explore the city centers led by narrow marble streets through other important sites such as Piazza San Fedele, Via Vitani, Piazza Cavour. To end a long, exciting day in Lake Como, you will take a funicular to Brunate (if it is open and is not too crowded), where you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of lake Como and admire for all the destination you have visited during the day. From here, your private driver will pick you up and go straight back to Piazza Duomo in Milan. A different pickup & dropoff place can be arranged as well.
