Watch in awe as the South Rim gradually drops away, providing one of the most memorable views of the entire canyon. Climb above the North Rim, and experience the fabulous bird's-eye views before heading through the Dragon Corridor, the canyon's widest and deepest part. See in the distance the Painted Desert and the Desert View Watchtower, designed by the Hopi Native Americans. Your journey then follows the Colorado River upstream to where it merges with the Little Colorado River, back over the Kaibab National Forest, and on to Tusayan. The entire process from booking to confirmation to the flight itself was very easy and worked great. The local helicopter flight staff also had all the data and payment and we were able to enjoy a carefree flight. The flight over the Grand Canyon was overwhelming and we can only recommend it to everyone.

It was a once in a lifetime experience that we recommend to every Grand Canyon visitor. Maverick was a great choice and professional in every respect. The fantastic impression of the Grand Canyon from a bird's eye view will remain in our memories for a long time. Thanks to the freshly cleaned windows of the heli, we also have perfect photos. ;)

A great and unforgettable experience. The helicopters are modern and clean, they have 8 seats including the pilot (2 rows with 4 seats each). Only 6 were occupied, in the back row only one at each door/window. Questions to the pilot were answered well and competently and the explanations during the flight were interesting and easy to understand. Attention, I was too brave to walk from Tusayan to the airport because it's practically around the corner. Only the Maverick helicopter is at the very end and my time management was under pressure. The path is not too far to walk, but pay attention to the exact address!
