Our tour guide Sophie was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the City. She was Whitty and personable. I was touched by the respectful way she recognized Indigenous culture. She was also very kind when talking about the homeless people and their struggles, not judgmental at all. Our driver, Jerry, did not make us feel safe at times. He almost hit someone twice that I saw. He was late picking us up, stranding us in the heat. and leaving Sophie to phone in trying to find him. When he returned he had a broken mirror. We all assumed he hit someone. We were a group of 12 people doing a Team Day for work.

The tour was perfect. We got a comprehensive tour of Vancouver with a skilled guide. The tour far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend. The pickup spot was just outside the cruise terminal and they stowed our luggage while we toured. At the end we were dropped at our hotel. Excellent.
