I booked this experience for my wife’s birthday and it was seemless from start to finish. Our tour guide on the day was Fernando, he was very knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed what he does - we had a lovely experience and enjoyed our tour and would definitely recommend this to fellow travellers.

Well organised tour that provided detailed information on all of the exhibits. Our guide was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. On a busy Saturday we benefited from her guidance to avoid being caught up in the crowds. Her years of experience provided an insight that we would not have had if we were on our own.

Unfortunately, our guide failed in German. We were alternatively offered to take part in English. Since our son doesn't speak English yet (first grade), we decided to walk through the museum and the Sistine Chapel alone, without a guide. We then received a credit note, but unfortunately we had to contact GYG for this because we were always turned away. GYG solved the problem super fast.
