In my opinion the tour was value for money and I would recommend people to visit the Vatican City. However, writing this review to mention and thank the activity provider, I am not able to locate them on GetYourGuide anymore, but I do remember the name, it was Romaround Tours. I was late by about a minute or so, and I missed the original tour as it had already begun. The activity providers owed me nothing, but they still helped me find an alternative tour and also personally accompanied me to the other activity provider's office and booked it for me free of cost. Also after finishing the tour, I happened to pass by their office and they tried to help me find more fun activities I could do later in the evening.

One of our family members got sick on the day of the tour. And I had to move the time of our tour from afternoon to morning. The tour was very flexible and answered immediately on first call . They managed to move our time slot smoothly. The tour overall was informative. It was low season so there were no queues. We got to check out all of the places inside the Vatican. The tourguide i forgot her name, was nice. The only thing I could suggest is that she was telling us lots of information at once, so it could be overwhelming especially for a few guests whose English is not native. Some of the others wandered by themselves since at one point, was too much talking and information flowing. We also had to cut our tour short due to our flight. Overall, i'd recommend the tour! but less information! so we can actually enjoy and immerse into the beauty on our own!

Great experience . I typically hate following a docent. However this was a great experience, and we learn loads. It was not pushy and did not make the group answer questions. However would answer questions that the group asked. So basically if you didn’t wanna talk you didn’t have to. Five stars
