The tour guide, Sylvia, was outstanding, but the process to access the tour was a nightmare. Very disorganized, huge groups, not a custom service. They ran out of audio guides and we had to wait while they ran to get them. Then they took off into the square and I had to search for them. Just really poorly run.

Great experience! Really learned a lot - the guide was very knowledgeable. Wish we could have lingered in a few spots longer, but totally understand why we didn't - there was so much to see and of course during COVID, they didn't want rooms to crowd up.

We arrived at the meeting place 45 minutes early. The guide never showed up. We waited until 10 minutes after the tour was scheduled. Still no guide. We attempted to call both phone numbers on the voucher. No one answered. Website not available. This was the one activity we booked in Venice. Ruined the day. We finally went to Doge's Palace to see if the tour had commenced there. The ticket office had no tour group from Get Your Guide listed. We paid $95 for absolutely nothing. BEWARE.
