OMG what an absolutely fab service. Yes we thought it was an expensive ride when we were booking, but wanted to take the hassle away and arrive in style. Absolutely the only way to travel. Great communication from start to finish. Delayed an hour but they we’re still waiting for us. Carried our bags. On return a representative came in to the hotel foyer, then escorted us outside to the waiting taxi. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Claudia was absolutely wonderful! I can’t recommend this private water taxi transfer more, it took all the worry out of our travel day. Claudia met us in our hotel lobby and then brought us to where our water taxi was located. The ride to the airport was beautiful- I can’t remember the name of our taxi driver but he was very kind and helpful. Claudia then helped us navigate the airport, carry some luggage and find our correct gate before we left. This made going home so much easier- thank you!

We were dropped off neatly and safely at the docks of San Marco Square. When making the reservation, the description of the activity described that the hotel where we stayed was also offered, but once we arrived, we still had to walk 500 meters with our luggage. Nevertheless, we saw that similar boats came up to the hotel without any problem. This was a major drawback, given the initial description of the activity.
