Meet at the gondoliers landing stage at Campo Santa Maria del Giglio, in front of the Gritti Palace Hotel. Go directly to the gondoliers for check-in.

- Tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather, high/low tide or local gondolier's strike (in these cases the tour can be postponed or refunded)
- Please wear comfortable shoes
- This is not a private tour
- Each gondola holds a maximum of 6 people
- The seats on board cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guest's weight
- The performers (a singer and a musician) will board a gondola in the center of the row so all participants can hear the music; there will not be musicians on every gondola
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Free under 2 years only if child does not occupy an own seat
