First of all, don't go to the Alba desk in the airport as the instructions say as it is closed. Go straight to the waterfront (follow the signs in the airport). There seemed a genuine confusion at the boarding ports but that seems to be Italian Airports and we had quite a wait for the boat. BUT when it came, there were only 6 of us on and it was a great service especially as our hotel (Pallazzo Stern) has it's own mooring point. The best way to enter Venice

The Albatravel team organized the return trip by already giving us the place and time of the meeting as soon as we arrived at the hotel. They came on time and we had nothing else to do but be carried in the waves of the grand canal. Thank you !

I was told he would drop us off at our hotel but in actual fact we were dropped off 20 mins away & had to find our way when he literally could of dropped us off outside the hotel Apart from that very prompt & a very nice ride into Venice
