An Italian cooking class about pasta fresca (fresh pasta), which will start with chef Davide welcoming you with his brothers and parents in his trattoria to discover the handmade pasta. Entering the family kitchen, equipped with a rolling pin and apron, Davide will involve you in the preparation of the homemade pasta fresca.  You will discover the secrets taking part in the selection of quality ingredients along with the techniques passed down by generations that lead to the production of the lasagne, which make this restaurant a very unique and appreciated place. The activity will end with a lunch (or dinner) where you'll get the chance to eat the lasagne you've prepared during the class, accompanied by the well-known wines of Valpolicella. After the experience, you'll return home, not only mastering the techniques of homemade Italian pasta fresca, but also with a special gift from Trattoria Caprini and a baggage of flavors and traditions that will be hard to forget. The activity lasts for approximately 5 hours (1.5 - hour round trip and 3.5 - hour cooking class).

Fantastic morning! Loved every minute of this cooking class. Christina was wonderful- so friendly, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and calm. A wonderful teacher, who created a relaxed and fun learning environment. We had a lovely group with us and the place was clean and tidy ( immaculate). The food was superb and of such high quality. Learned a lot and will definitely be making the dishes on return home for family and friends. Thank you so much! X

So much fun! I was very excited by the menu and more pleased by the experience. Max was a great teacher and everyone in the class enjoyed themselves. Learning to make pasta from scratch was my favorite part and I can’t wait to try it at home.
