This was our first time in vienna. the pick up point was easy to find. Our guide guide arrived on time and with a warm and welcoming smile. He helped us into the vehicle and with the pram. The car was stunning and had plenty of furs and blankets to keep us warm despite it being 0 degrees outside. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable of the city and its notable figures. He was also very good at keeping my 5 year old engaged asking her questions and making her laugh. The tour also included photo opportunities. where the guide took the pictures. Would highly recommend this tour

Everything went great. Punctual to the minute. Everything is also very well maintained. Our daughter (7 years) loved it. That's why we booked 2 more trips on site during our stay. 2 times with the top closed, 1 time with the top open. In any case, open is preferable. Only then does it look great. There were several clean blankets in all 3 carriages. So nobody had to freeze.

We had an incredible experience with Haas & Haas, learning about the history of wine making in Vienna and sampling their wine to. Bernie was very knowledgeable and made sure the experience was fantastic. The shop itself was also brilliant for gifts/treats after the experience! Would definitely do again when in Vienna!

Great tour with mountain views, since we had it during winter time when the Admont library is usually closed for public, they opened it just for us for kind of a VIP experience. Our guide Sophia was great and incredibly knowledgable that ensured fantastic experience

It was an amazing experience! The bus was good and our guide was really nice, she waited there for everywhere and she was explaining everything on our way to all the places. A well spent day!
