We both enjoy a boat trip while on a city break,this one didn't disappoint, we were booked on for the 13.00 trip and went early to pick our tickets up and was told we could take the 11.00 trip if we wanted, so that's what we did It was a cold day so we sat inside to have a delicious apple strudel and coffee. We later went on the top deck to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. The boat was clean and staff were friendly.

To be honest, I did expect a little more but then I should have booked a longer cruise. The strudel and coffee were good and the cruise boat was very clean and staff helpful. Like many cities these days graffiti ruins everywhere so unless you like that mess don't expect to get any good scenic photos.

The process and booking went great. Care on board was very nice. The apple strudel and the coffee were also delicious. The announcements for the tourist information on board could have contained more for us. Above all, I found it a pity that the same information was played on the return trip.
