Great communication before trip, told when to expect to be picked up in front of the hotel and reassured we would be dropped off in same place at end of outing. Our guide Francesca was fantastic! Witty, well-informed, answered questions each person had throughout the visit. She walked us through specific sites and explained each one before and during, with time to get pictures. The entire visit was informative and paced well. I knew going into it that I was at a disadvantage, some issues that can slow me down on some days and unfortunately this was one of those days. With my usual self-supports (braces, cane, supportive partner!) it went just fine and I kept up. Those who find uneven surfaces challenging, be prepared with appropriate footwear and a cane or similar for steadying yourself. Only negative was the return: had to walk quite a long distance to the waiting bus, then it dropped us off a fair distance from our hotel. We chose this tour because of hotel pick up/drop off.

This was the best guide! Very friendly and knowledgeable Benedetto took us around the sites of Pompei. We were only nine people in our group compared to many other large groups we saw. We had plenty of time to ask our questions and Benedetto was happy to answer. Highly recommended!

Have to show the voucher and get the ticket from the gate right away The audio guide location is next to the gate .
