1. From Naples: Blue Grotto and Capri Trip
Meet in Naples for the ferry before landing in Capri and visiting Grotto Azzurra, commonly referred to as the Blue Grotto. The Blue Grotto is open all year round, weather permitting, but if the seas are rough it may close. Every morning skippers arrive at the grotto to check if it is safe to enter. You’ll drive by private bus along the unique Mamma Mia Road, enjoying the fantastic views. When we reach the Blue Grotto, we will transfer to a row boat and head inside. The duration of the visit is about 5 minutes. Then, transfer back to the bus and head to Anacapri village, where during your free time you can take the chairlift to reach the top of Monte Solaro, with stunning views of the Gulf of Naples and the islands of Ischia and Procida. You can also explore some of the historical relics in the village. Then, we will drive to the Piazzetta in Capri's Center. This is the heart of the island, where tourists and locals come to see and be seen. You can walk along the narrow streets filled with designer shops and iconic hotels, and see Faraglioni Rock from the lovely Augustus Garden. Take some free time to enjoy the area, before the ferry back to Naples.
