Communication is not consistent on websites, emails, and vouchers. Some communication stated it was a 6, 7, and 8 hour tour. It mentioned ending at the Washington Monument with access to the top floor included. We didn't even get off at the Washington Monument. The address for departure was different on websites, emails, vouchers. The time was different too. One place said arrive by 9:30 and another said no later than 10:15. We made it to the right spot by 10:15 but they already left. We tried to call the tour using the info on the voucher but no one picked up. We were finally able to get in touch over the online chat but they couldn't contact the tour group for an hour. The bus driver finally called us and told us to meet them at the WW II Memorial. Another tour guest mentioned that the bus driver called them before they left to see how far away they were. I wish we had the same courtesy. The boat ride was a waste. Could not hear the captain at all. Will find a different company next
