We didn’t get to do the river cruise, more detail of how to organise it into the day would have been useful. The times we were offered were no good. Also it was misleading we didn’t know where best to go, as we thought it was a sightseeing cruise

Honestly, I loved it but feel that an "all day" experiences should not be from 10 am until 4 pm. Service should have been available earlier and later. I would suggest 9 am- 6 pm, especially in the summer when the daylight hours are longer.
