Relaxed city tour peppered with some puzzle fun - we liked it. Only suitable to a limited extent for younger children (more information for adults, but the puzzles are easy to do). We complemented the scavenger hunt with (foot) cooling off in the Ilm, sniffing the flowers at Goethe's garden house and an ice cream.

It came in German, but luckily was with a native German speaker who translated for me. It was an interesting way to explore a city and discover the sites, and I enjoyed that it was an analogue experience. It was a perfect solution for these socially distancing times. The box and cards are either a great keepsake or if you live nearby it's perfect to keep around for when others visit.

The tour leads you very well through everything worth seeing in Weimar. And with the info cards you can really learn something! One should take the trouble to read through. I can also recommend buying the 48h Weimar Card beforehand. So you can look directly into interesting museums (Goethe House, Schiller House, ...). Unfortunately, the tour begins at the furthest possible point from the tourist center.
