Start your trip with pick-up from your hotel in Zhangjiajie’s city center at 8:30 AM. A local expert guide will take you to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, while making your way to Bailong Elevator. Take a ride in this famous elevator up to Yuanjiajie Mountain and have a bird’s eye view of the breath-taking landscape. Here you will enjoy a 2.5-hour hike to the Pillar of Southern Sky. One of the tallest of the 3000 pillars in the park, this pillar was officially renamed as the Avatar Hallelujah Mountain, in honor of the film Avatar, which took inspiration from these peculiar floating peaks. Then proceed to the Platform of Forgetfulness to admire nearby peak-views before walking across the First Bridge Under Heaven. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant your own expense. The guide is always glad to give you suggestions! Later, continue to visit Tianzi Mountain, known as ‘the Monarch of the Peak Forest’. Challenge the world’s longest and highest Glass Bridge in Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Hanging over a valley, the glad bridge provides a superb panorama of the entire Grand Canyon. You will enjoy a scenic walk boasting waterfalls and wonderful views on each side. Standing on it is like floating in the air. At the end of the tour, enjoy a comfortable transfer back to your hotel.

Day 1: Yuanjiajie - Tianzi Mountain Your guide will meet and greet you up and at your hotel at 9:00am, or at Zhangjiajie Airport or Zhangjiajie train station(please inform us your arrival details ). Private car transfer to zhangjiajie national forest park to Explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Ascend to Yuanjiajie Mountain top by Bailong Elevator. Take a 2-hour walk to explore the Pillar of the Southern Sky which inspired the backdrop of “Hallelujah Mountain” in blockbuster movie, Avatar. Next, proceed to the Platform of Forgetfulness to explore breathtaking sandstone peaks landscape nearby, and then walk across the amazing "Bridge Under Heaven." Later, take the eco-bus to Tianzi Mountain and then take the cablecar down from the mountain. Day 2: Zhangjiajie National park - Baofeng Lake - Sandstone Gallery You will enjoy a full day exploring Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Enjoy a leisurely hike of about 2 hours along the charming Golden Whip Stream, which is impressive and comfortable to walk along. Then, enjoy a Chinese-style lunch at a nearby local restaurant. Later, transfer to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. walk along the Zh angjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. This bridge is not only the highest, but also the longest glass bridge in the world. It is not for the faint-hearted. (the Glass bridge is built between two mountains of zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, it is 375 meters long and 6meters wide. With a height of 300meters from bottoms) . After crossing the glass bridge , you can choose to experience the exciting zip line and slide to get to the bottom of the vallery , or just walk stairs down . then Hike about 2Hours through the canyon and enjoy the beautiful landscape of breath -taking cliffs , lush forests, caves, colourful streams and rivers that surround you. (ZIP LINE , SLIDE , VR MOVIE are not inclued, 80rmb/person wil be at your own expense if you are interested to do this) After that , tranfer back to your hotel or train station or airport.

Your local guide and driver will pick you up from your centrally located Zhangjiajie hotel lobby at 08:30. Then, you will have the opportunity to take the world's longest gondola up to Tianmen Mountain. The Tianmen Mountain Cableway is described in tourist publications as the "longest passenger cableway of high mountains in the world," with 98 cars, a total length of 7,455 meters and ascent of 1,279 meters at an unusual grade of 37 degrees. You may walk miles of paths built onto the cliff face at the top of the mountain including sections with glass floors, then visit glass walk, Tianmen Temple, Tianmen Gate and 999 steps. Later on, have a simple Chinese style lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch break, you will head to the Tujia Folk Customs Park to visit the unique old houses and experience the culture of Tujia ethnic minority group. After your tour is finished, you will be transferred to your hotel in Zhangjiajie.
